Book Crazy

The beginning of the year I went a little book crazy. I bought a couple of James Patterson books, a Kristin Hannah book, a Dan Brown book and these pictured above. I have been reading the Lean Belly Prescription by my favorite doctor on The Doctors, Travis Stork. It's really good. He states over and over again that it isn't a diet it's a prescription. It's a diet or a life change if you ask me. I'm working on dropping a few pounds. I'm going to take his idea's and use them. I'm just not happy at the weight I'm at. I don't feel good and I'm very unhappy at the way I look. I know it will take time it took time to get this way. Wish me luck I'm going to need it.

It sure is hard for us to lose that weight. I can gain it by just looking at some food. I also would like to lose some weight. Now as for Suzanne Somers. I Love Her. I fell in Love with her many years ago and nothing has changed.
Have a wonderful week.

why is it so much harder to take it off than it is to put it on? It's just not right :). Best of luck with it. I'm horrible at trying to diet and exercise

you can do it... and right now you have events coming up that can give you great motivation. I'm going to start walking after work as soon as the weather breaks. Good luck to both of us.

Good luck ~ you can do it! Adding ANY kind of extra exercise helps too! :)) just walking a few extra steps here and there is a start! :)) Our book club just read James Patterson's "Crossfire" - was good! I'm also reading "Saving Alice" ~ about a women who just turns 50 and has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's - very good so far! Think I will tackle "Swimsuit" next :))
