Updated GPS's really help busy mom's

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of NAVTEQ. All opinions are 100% mine.

I'm a mom of 4 very active boys. My boys have always been very involved in sports. They all started playing baseball at about 4 years old. As they got older they went into travel baseball. My youngest is 11 and My Hubby is the coach of his travel baseball team. We have a couple of league games a week then we go play in tournaments on the weekend. We seem to always be going someplace new. Because of that I seem to be always asking for directions or getting lost. I really should plan ahead better.

Many of my friends have GPS for their car and they say they really help but become out dated if you don't update them.

I guess it makes since to have update your GPS just like we have to update our computer programs. I really would want all the newest and best alternate routes that are available. I also would want to know where the construction is happening. I hear that many GPS's also tell you about points of interest like gas stations, ATMs or restaurants. Here in Michigan places are going out of business fast there. I would like to be able to update my GPS so I had all the latest and greatest information that is out there.

NAVTEQ is the company whose technology and maps drive most of the in-car navigation systems and the leading brands of GPS-enabled devices in the U.S., so chances are yours is one of them.

Updating is easy, just go to this website
and follow the drop-down menus which correspond to the built-in system or portable device. Installing updated navigation maps takes just minutes on, but can save hours, fuel and the frustration of getting lost or being late. Mom’s taxi service has to stay on schedule and stick to a budget!

I do believe that the right GPS with updated information could really help a busy mom like me to get to all the ballparks I need to be at.
