I always make two at a time. Remember I'm feeding 4 growing boys.
2 Pillsbury Pizza Crust
2 Jars of pizza sauce (I just use the store brand)
2 Bags of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Package of Pepperoni
2 Small cans of Mushrooms cut up
1 Small can of black olives
(you can add what ever you wish for your toppings)
1 Cookie sheet
Pam to spray on foil and wax paper
Pre heat your oven to 425.
Cover cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Don't forget this or you will have a very hard time getting your pizza roll form the cookie sheet and clean up is very hard too. Believe me I know.
Lay 2 sheets of wax paper next to each other on your counter. Spray the wax paper with Pam. Pop open you pizza crust and roll out onto wax paper. Spread out as far as you can with out braking the crust.
Next I put on the sauce. I use the whole jar. I make sure it is covered all over.
After the sauce start adding your toppings.
After the toppings add the cheese. I use a bag on each. We love the cheese.
Next you roll it. I like to roll it towards me.
Once you have it rolled pinch the crust together along the top and on each end.
Then transfer it onto the cookie sheet. I flip it over using the wax paper.
If you wish you can brush some butter or olive oil on the crust then sprinkle garlic or Parmesan cheese on the crust before baking.
Put into the preheated over on 425 for 20 minutes. Keep you eye on it and take it out when it is nice an golden on the outside and bubbling a little bit.
Take them out and let set for 5 minutes, then cut with a pizza cutter.
Yummy, I hope you enjoy pizza rolls as much as my family.

This is a big fav at my house. I love it because its fast and easy, plus the kid's like making it. They all love to eat it too!
