Tammy's Ultimate Nachos
At our house we love Mexican food and we like it spicy. We have worked for year's on perfecting our nachos. The four cheese sauce is the secret.
The amount of what I put on the chips kinda depends on what I have in the house. So have fun with it and add or take off what your family likes.
Start out with a nice big bowl. I have a big pasta bowl that works super.
Brown about 1 to 2 pounds of ground beef (you can use chicken too).
Well the hamburger is browning dice up a tomato and about 1/2 of a head of lettuce.
Put the black beans in a microwave safe bowl (make sure to drain them).
Also put all the cheese sauce in a microwave safe bowl. After testing many cheese sauce's there is only one I will use on our nachos and that is Pace Mexican four cheese sauce. It melts really nice and the taste is sooooo good.
Once the ground beef or chicken is done add taco seasoning to taste with water. Cook till the meat is nice and tasty.
Now it is time to build the nachos
Fill the bowl with chips. I like to use Tostito 100% white corn, restaurant style chips.
Now put the meat on the chips.
Then add the hot black beans.
Next add the yummy cheese sauce make sure you get as many chip covered as you can.
Drizzle with salsa.
Cover with lettuce.
Sprinkle with diced tomato's
Now comes the black olives (I buy the small can that the olives are already cut up).
Add as many jalapenos on top as you wish.
Top with a nice dollop of sour cream.
Now enjoy like my little guy does.
